A Garden Full of Color: Phoenix Senior Portraits with Piper

Who says Arizona can’t do green?
When Piper and I started planning her senior session, she knew exactly what she wanted: color, and lots of it. Not the classic desert palette but something lush, bright, and full of life. She got permission for us to photograph at a local nursery and in that, we found a hidden pocket of beauty with blooms, greenery, and color in every direction. It was the perfect match for her!
Piper is a senior at Notre Dame Preparatory (NDP) and exploring where she she wants to go to college after high school.
These portraits are a little pause button on who she is right now, in this chapter, before everything changes.

Looking for green and colorful photo spots in Arizona?
Our desert has more color than people expect - and even the open desert after it rains a lot. Gardens, nurseries, citrus groves, and shaded courtyards around Phoenix and Scottsdale can give you that lush, green look without leaving town. Part of planning every session with me is choosing a location that fits your style, whether that’s golden desert light, urban texture, or a garden bursting with color like this one.

Thinking about senior portraits?
If you have a high school senior in Phoenix Metro or Scottsdale who needs photos, I’d love to hear about them. I will help guide them through different poses, hopefully put them at ease with a laid back and fun session.
See my senior portrait packages here and let’s start planning.
Piper, thank you for bringing so much color and joy to this session. Senior year looks good on you!
